The holder of the certification “Executive of Digital Transformation and applications of Artificial Intelligence in Local Governments” is defined as the person who is able to contribute to the support and promotion of digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence, through the appropriate processes, in the Local Authorities (LAs) environments. To this end, this person understands how to apply digital technologies and understands the contribution of AI in providing improved services to the public and increasing the transparency and efficiency of administrative processes. Successful participation in the certification examination for the subject ‘Executive of Digital Transformation and applications of Artificial Intelligence in Local Governments’ demonstrates the knowledge required to actively participate in an environment for the development and implementation of digital transformation and AI strategies within local authorities.
Indicative job duties include the following:
- Contributing to the adoption processes of digital innovations in the services of the local authorities
- Exploitation of artificial intelligence applications.
- Collaboration with technology vendors in order to successfully communicate the needs of the Local Authorities related to digital transformation and AI.
Conditions for taking the certification test:
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Graduate of compulsory education, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence.
