The holder of the certification «Digital Tools Manager for Circular Economy» is defined as the person who possesses the knowledge required to apply the principles of circular economy and to use advanced digital technologies to support sustainable business practices.
Successful completion of the certification examination for the subject «Digital Tools Manager for Circular Economy», demonstrates the individual’s ability to implement circular economy strategies through the use of smart technologies such as IoT, Big Data, and AI, to support organizations in their transition towards circular economy models, and to manage digital platforms for monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing the use of natural resources.
Indicative job duties include the following:
- Promoting the use of digital tools in the implementation of Circular Economy processes.
- Consulting on the promotion of products/services based on Circular Economy principles.
- Data analysis for environmental sustainability.
- Use of digital tools for monitoring natural resources.
Requirements for taking the certification test:
Be 18 years old or older and have/be:
- Academic Degree
or
- Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 50 hours in a relevant subject
or
- Απόφοιτος υποχρεωτικής εκπαίδευσης (δημοτικό σχολείο μέχρι το 1980 ή από τριτάξιο Γυμνάσιο από το 1981) και ολοκλήρωση προγράμματος κατάρτισης σε συναφές αντικείμενο (διάρκειας τουλάχιστον 80 ωρών).

- Graduate of compulsory education, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
