He /She is capable of managing digital governance strategies, leading project teams, and utilizing modern technologies to improve public services, with an emphasis on Local Government. Successful completion of the certification examination for the subject «Digital Governance Leader (E-Leader) in Local Government» demonstrates the individual’s ability to effectively manage the transition to digital administration, implement advanced technologies, ensure data security, and enhance transparency and citizen participation.
Indicative job duties include the following:
- · Participation in decision-making processes related to digital transformation projects and the implementation of digital strategies within LG.
- · Selection and oversight of technological solutions for citizen services.
- · Collaboration with technical teams, citizens, and administration.
- · Monitoring of digital service performance indicators.

Requirements for taking the certification test:
Be 18 years old or older and have/be:
- Academic Degree
or
- Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 60 hours in a relevant subject.
