The holder of the “Human Resources Management Executive” certification is defined as an individual who is capable of supporting the day-to-day execution of the functions of an HR department. Successful participation in the certification examination for the subject area “Human Resources Management Executive” demonstrates the knowledge required to be able to cope with the various activities of an HR department in order to ensure the personal and job satisfaction of the employees of an enterprise/organisation. Indicative job duties include the following:
- Compiling and updating the records (digital and/or paper) of the employees of a company/organisation.
- Supporting activities relating to payroll preparation by providing the appropriate department with details such as absences and leaves of absence of the employee concerned
- Contacting prospective employees and scheduling interviews.
- Dealing with employee requests.
Requirements for taking the certification test:
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence
or
- Graduate of at least a compulsory school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 20 hours in a relevant subject.
