Description:
The holder of the certification «Business Intelligence and Decision-Making Consultant in Public Administration» is defined as a person capable of contributing to the use of Business Intelligence (BI) methods, the analysis and visualization of administrative data, as well as supporting evidence-based decision-making in the public sector. He/she is able to apply BI tools, data analysis techniques, and performance indicators (KPIs), while also ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework, principles of transparency, and protection of personal data.
Successful participation in the certification examinations for this field demonstrates the individual’s ability to collect, process, and interpret administrative data, as well as to understand the use of reports, dynamic visualizations, and techniques of artificial intelligence and machine learning in public administration.
Indicative job duties include the following:
- Monitoring key performance indicators (such as citizen service response time).
- Recording observations or suggestions based on collected data.
- Ensuring that the data used is valid and properly protected.
Requirements for taking the certification test:
Be 18 years old or older and have/be:
- Academic Degree
or
- Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 60 hours in a relevant subject
or
- Graduate of an optional secondary education with an educational orientation in a relevant subject
