Successful participation in the certification exams for this subject demonstrates the individual’s ability to utilise basic AI applications, robotics, data management, immersive technologies, and digital marketing in tourism service environments, with responsibility for the ethical, social, and operational issues associated with the use of these technologies.
His indicative job responsibilities include the following:
- Support in the selection and adaptation of AI, robotics, and IoT tools in the tourism sector
- Participation in the design of automated customer experiences and personalised services
- Consulting guidance for staff on VR/AR applications and digital platforms.
Requirements for taking the certification test:
Be 18 years old or older and have/be:
- Academic Degree
or
- Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 50 hours in a relevant subject
or
- Graduate of optional secondary education (e.g. Vocational High School), as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence with an educational orientation in a related subject.
