Information Systems Operator for project supervision and support

The holder of the “Information Systems Operator for project supervision and decision support” certification is defined as the person who has the ability to discern the benefits and knowledge of the methods of implementation and management of information systems in the field of project supervision and decision support. Successful participation in the certification examination for the subject ‘Information Systems Operator for project supervision and decision support‘ demonstrates the knowledge that an individual has to use information systems to effectively supervise and make decisions regarding the project in question.

Indicative job duties include the following:

  • Informing stakeholders about the progress of the projects.
  • Participation in data collection and management.
  • Monitoring the effective operation of the system.
  • Providing decision support using information systems.

 

 

 

Requirements for taking the certification test:

Be 18 years old or older and have/be:

  • Academic Degree or
  • Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 30 hours in a relevant subject or
  • Graduate of compulsory education, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 50 hours in a relevant subject

* In this sub-scheme, is given the possibility to the candidate to be evaluated either in Greek or in English. In case the candidate chooses to be examined in the English language, it is recommended that his/her level of knowledge in English is at least B1 (moderate knowledge).
