The holder of the certification “Multilingual Call Center Executive for Maritime Transport Management” is defined as an individual who is capable of providing high quality communication, support and organization services in the maritime transport industry within a multilingual environment Successful participation in the certification examination for the subject ‘Multilingual Call Center Executive for Maritime Transport Management’ demonstrates an individual’s knowledge of the maritime industry, the products and services offered and the company policy to meet customer needs.
Indicative job duties include the following:
- Entering customer contact details
- Provision of information on maritime transport services
- Customer support
- Participatιon in troubleshooting/response to customer complaints
Requirements for taking the certification test:
Be 18 years old or older and have/be:
- Academic Degree or
- Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 30 hours in a relevant subject or
- Graduate of secondary education with an educational orientation in a relevant subject or
- Graduate of compulsory education, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 50 hours in a relevant subject or
- Graduate of compulsory education, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
