The holder of the certification «Digital Strategy, Communication and Crisis Management Consultant in Health Services» is defined as a professional who possesses the knowledge and skills required in order to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital communication strategies in the health sector, both in normal conditions and during crises.
Successful participation in the certification exams for this specialty demonstrates the individual’s ability to understand the principles of digital communication in the healthcare domain. He/she is capable of applying crisis management strategies by effectively using appropriate tools for designing and implementing communication plans during crisis periods. Furthermore, he/she is familiar with the legal and regulatory framework governing the protection of personal data in the health sector and make use of modern digital tools for monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing communication strategies, with the aim of continuously improving digital presence and public engagement.
Indicative job duties include the following:
- Support in the design and implementation of digital communication strategies in health services.
- Participation in the drafting and adaptation of digital content for various communication platforms.
- Support in the use of tools for measuring and evaluating communication strategies.

Requirements for taking the certification test:
Be 18 years old or older and have/be:
- Academic Degree
or
- Graduate of an optional secondary school, as applicable in his/her country of origin or residence and completion of a training programme of at least 60 hours in a relevant subject
or
- Graduate of secondary education with an educational orientation in a relevant subject.
