Description:
The holder of the certification «Information Technology (IT) Service Management» is defined as the person who possesses the knowledge and skills required, to manage and support IT services by applying secure and efficient procedures, as well as best practices and international standards. These automations are based on a number of well-defined groups of software applications that we find in every office today. These applications are:
- Text editing
- Presentations
- Spreadsheets
- Databases
Possible job duties include:
- The creation and design of presentations
- The text processing
- Creating and managing spreadsheets (including using functions and creating and formatting graphs).
In order to participate in the exam, a candidate must meet the following:
Be 18 years old or older and have/be:
- Graduate of at least compulsory education (primary school until 1980 or from a third grade Gymnasium from 1981)
or
- Completion of a training programme in a relevant subject (lasting at least 40 hours).
